Occupational therapy focuses upon a child’s sensory, motor, postural, emotional development and self-care skills in order to improve the child’s functioning in the school, home or community. Occupational therapy helps each child develop the underlying skills necessary for learning and for performing specific tasks. Occupational therapy may provide special equipment to help a child function as independently as possible.
Bosque Valley Children’s Services was founded by Beverly Sterling. Mrs. Sterling has over 35 years of experience in providing speech therapy services to young children and wanted to create a unique facility that bridged the gap between traditional and school-based therapies. Parents are welcomed as partners in developing a plan of care, whether it is implemented at the child’s home, day care center or at our clinic. We offer a variety of services:
Mon-Thur: 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Friday: 8:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.
Closed Saturday and Sunday
